  • The essence of salsa: background Latin motion to all moves
  • Timing review (we assume you already know Salsa timing)

Ladies styling workshops are for:
Every girl/ woman who knows the basic step of salsa and the cross body lead (di le que no). For example, after 2-4 months of dancing salsa, you can join ladies' styling classes. This means: beginner, intermediate and advanced dancers are welcome! Advanced dancers also take a lot of advantage from these classes, because it's common that during normal classes (with couples), there is not much time to dedicate for so many details for the ladies moves.

Advanced dancers normally get surprised that they have been missing so many important aspects of the Latin moves. Plus, Lily always brings new moves and there is no way an advanced dancer will get bored! This transformation will surely spread to your whole life, when walking, sitting, standing, talking, etc.

Lily will also cover techniques to be a good follower. Come and try and you will be surprised from the energy this classes will give you. Click here to view the class schedule or email Lily to book a spot now!
